Services

MCO Roofing provides roofing services including inspection, repair, replacement, storm damage restoration, and preventative maintenance in Johnson County, Douglas County, and surrounding areas in Kansas. We are a State of Kansas General Contractor Class A licensee.

Estimates & Agreements

All estimates provided are based on our assessment at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary based on discovered conditions. A written agreement must be signed before work begins.

Warranties

MCO Roofing stands behind our work with manufacturer-backed warranties on materials and a workmanship warranty. Specific warranty terms are outlined in your service agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. For insurance claims, we work directly with your insurance provider.

Limitation of Liability

MCO Roofing's liability is limited to the scope of the contracted services. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or damages beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johnson County, Kansas.
